How I Found My Path to Trauma Recovery and Somatic Healing
Hi, I’m Jill, a childhood trauma survivor. I have lived for many years with chronic pain, anxiety and depression, often questioning what was wrong with me. I struggled in relationships, lost jobs and felt like I never truly fit in. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I finally sought support.
Through hard work and persistent healing, I came to understand that my symptoms were rooted in unresolved trauma. This realization not only transformed my life but also inspired me to help others on their healing journeys.
After training in and years of working with modalities such as Reiki, Jin Shin do acupressure, yoga and meditation and healing my own trauma with a Somatic, feel it till you heal it approach, I felt called to deepen my knowledge and became a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach. Today, I live a life filled with peace, joy, connection and freedom and it’s my mission to guide others toward the same transformation.
I am happy to say I now run a successful trauma coaching business in Vernon, B.C. called Jill Palmer Trauma Recovery Coaching and I am excited to offer people a way to get to the other side of all their despair and suffering.
