In this 12 Session Process, my main goal is to help you uncover and overcome the blocks that hinder your happiness, often stemming from untrue beliefs developed in your childhood. Through somatic embodiment, we work on regulating your nervous system and unlocking positive emotions. You will leave with your very own self-care toolkit to help you when ever you need it going forward. This 12 week time frame will include somatic embodiment, Lies and Truths Worksheet, Adaptive coping strategies worksheet, psycho education, several self-care exercises, somatic specific techniques to teach you to help regulate your nervous system and Vagus Nerve and ideas for creating your very own trauma tool kit.
