The Journey

  • The Present

    We will start this journey with the present day situation and chat about where you are at and the challenges you are going through and talk about how we can address these and how I can help you with moving past them.

  • The Past

    We will chat briefly about your past and how it is affecting your present day and future and I will share with you reasons why you might be repeating patterns and I will give you resources to help educate and assist you in making sense of it all. This will likely be at least 3 sessions.

  • Growing forward

    In the last part of the process we will look at what needs to be worked on. We will look at where you want to go and what you want to work through and we will set goals to get you there. All these steps will be held with a great deal of compassion, support and the walking beside you as you are seen, heard, cared for and shown you matter. You got this!
